Card Service Fee Charge
Iramoo Community Centre is a not-for-profit organisation and as such, we are no longer able to cover the bank payment surcharges for our members who pay via card for our programs and services. As we have not factored the service fee into the costs we charge for our program and services, we will now need to pass this on to our members.
The bank can change the rates at anytime, so please speak to reception for current rates. Please note that this is not the only method of payment we take. If you want to avoid paying the service fee charge, you can pay via cash or bank transfer. If paying by bank transfer the payment must be received in our bank account before the program/event date.
Terms and Conditions
Payments for class or services need to be paid in full in advance of class commencement or room booking. Bookings can only be confirmed when payment has been made. Refunds and transfers will be considered when a written request is received prior to room booking. Classes cancelled by the Centre will be given a full refund.
Queries
Program and class queries can either be directed to the Admin Desk between 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday or send us an email and we can confirm or clarify the booking or class details. Some of our classes and programs are run by external agencies and in some instances we will direct you to another contact person.
Privacy
Personal information collected on Centre documents will only be used to administer the course or room booking. This Centre is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information. Please contact us if you would like any further information on privacy.
Access & Equity
Iramoo Community Centre will not engage in discrimination towards any group or individual in any form, inclusive of gender, race, religion, ability, age, or physical disease where there is no risk to others. This policy applies to all services and operations of the Centre. We will make reasonable adjustments to our classes and services to assist people with special learning needs, or those facing particular difficulties so that they receive a positive learning experience.
